Here’s what that means…
QUICK SHIP
Cleaner's Cart offers QUICK SHIP 1-3 business day shipping within the contiguous United States on all standard-sized items. The exact number of days depends on your proximity to our Springdale, OH warehouse, as well as when the order is received.
Our QUICK SHIP eligible items ship out SAME DAY on orders submitted and processed by 12pm noon EST. Orders placed after that time will ship next business day. If an order is placed over the weekend or on a major holiday, the order will ship next business day.
Please note, the 1-3 day timeframe begins once your order is shipped. If your order is processed after 12pm noon EST, the order will ship next business day, and the 1-3 day transit time will begin on the date of shipment. For example, if you place an order on Monday at 3pm EST, it will ship on Tuesday, with delivery no later than Friday.
All items are eligible for QUICK SHIP delivery, except for those that are marked as OVERSIZED. The oversized items will be clearly labeled as such, and will not say QUICK SHIP underneath the Add to Cart button the product page.
Oversized items that are not eligible for QUICK SHIP ship via Standard Ground shipping only. These items ship same or next business day, with delivery within 2-5 business days.
If you have a combination of items in your cart, some of which are eligible for QUICK SHIP and some that are not, those designated as such will ship with 1-3 day delivery, while the items that are not will ship standard Ground. Adding items that are not QUICK SHP eligible will not slow down the shipping speed of those that are, and your items will arrive in separate shipments.
The QUICK SHIP identifier will be visible in your shopping cart only next to items that qualify.
Please Note: We are not responsible for carrier delays or those caused by inclement weather. We do our best to ensure packages are delivered as expected, however, delays can occur and we appreciate your patience.
PEAK SHIPPING SEASON- From Thanksgiving week through the first week of January, shipments may be delayed by 1-2 days (possibly more) due to warehouse and carrier overload. Please allow for this when placing an order, and monitor your tracking information for delivery updates. If you are concerned a package is delayed more than usual, please contact us. We appreciate your patience!
FREE SHIPPING
All orders within the contiguous U.S. qualify for FREE SHIPPING on purchases of $40 or more, whether they are QUICK SHIP eligible or not. The product subtotal must reach $40.00, before taxes and shipping have been applied. Please note, this free service will be either 1-3 day shipping or standard Ground depending on whether that item is eligible for QUICK SHIP.
ALASKA, HAWAII & PO BOXES
We gladly serve customers in AK/HI, however, these orders are not eligible for Free Shipping or QUICK SHIP. Shipping rates to AK and HI will be calculated during checkout.
Shipments to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are limited to economy service.
